Springfield Manor Gardens is a care home with nursing, set in its own grounds in the heart of Fulwood. We specialise in providing person centred support, tailored to your exacting needs.
The building itself is a classic, historical property with over 130 years of pedigree as a care home, recently refurbished to meet the needs of the people we support. the building has three distinct floors Snowdrop, Bluebell and Primrose each with shared facilities for you to enjoy.
We take pride in the variety and quality of the food served in our dining rooms. Special diets and personal preferences are catered for by our dedicated kitchen staff and chef, who prepare fresh food daily from our varied and extensive menus.
Occasions are often met with “a change of menu that might include a lavish buffet, sophisticated tea party, or a barbecue; when the weather allows.
We serve a variety of hot and cold drinks throughout the day, as well as a late evening supper. Our kitchens are rated 5* from the Food Standards Agency.
